NGM Counseling, PLLC is an affirming, inclusive, trauma-informed, anti-racist, sex positive, culturally humble practice. I actively acknowledge the harmful effects of systemic oppression and am devoted to standing against injustice and incorporating liberatory practices. I strive to create a welcoming space for people of all identities, cultures, abilities, and bodies.

Currently, this practice offers virtual telehealth appointments conducted via a HIPPAA-secure video platform. If you have any concerns about privacy or accessibility, please reach out!

Telehealth Individual Counseling

My goal as we work together is for you to begin to tell your story, develop a sense of safety, and feel like you can function better in your life. Beyond that, I'll help you really connect with painful past experiences and unwanted parts of you to address core issues and not just put out fires all the time. You'll gain insight into unhelpful patterns that get in the way of you living a meaningful life. You'll also strengthen your ability to care for and be compassionate with yourself and others. My hope is that you will feel comfortable enough to dive deep with me and  spend some time sitting with your feelings together.

I integrate feminist, acceptance, experiential, and compassion-focused approaches to best fit each individual client. My work is trauma-informed, relational and incorporates elements of mindfulness and parts work. I have extensive experience working with young adults and college students (including those from undergraduate, graduate, and professional schools), but enjoy working with all adults. I primarily work with trauma survivors, queer folks, and people struggling with anxiety. If you are interested in learning more about my work in any of these areas, see the links below to find each page.
